TCO Reviews

Welcome to the archive for my reviews of recent and upcoming releases across mystery, fantasy, nonfiction, and whatever else catches my eye. In between other esoteric posts, I want to make sure we have new and interesting reads to talk about across all genres. I’ll note anything that came to me as an ARC – but all my opinions are 100% my own!

A note on my rating system: I’m a pretty avid reader, and I try to keep things normalized to three stars (I like the 4 and 5-star ratings to be exceptional). So generally, the interpretation for star-ratings should be:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars: Would read again, multiple times, and highly recommend to others regardless of reading tastes
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four stars: Would read again, and recommend to others who enjoy the genre
⭐⭐⭐ Three stars: Enjoyed the read, but would probably not read it again
⭐⭐ Two stars: Did not enjoy, came close to DNF-ing or DNF’ed towards the end of the book

I will probably not be giving one-star reviews as I try not to review things I haven’t read!
